That is correct, just like they had no reason to issue 16k worth of shares at .0008 cents. They had profits. IMO we need to keep an eye on the Share count. The new quarter has just started and we will not the current quarters results for 4 and a half months. Someone with a bat phone should updates shareholders weekly.
