This statement is inaccurate on many levels. 1. The price of PMCB continues to go lower and set new 52 week lows. 2. This so called good news is being incorrectly classified as that when all PMCB is doing is making press releases of what their intentions are. If there was actual good news the PPS would not be on a gradual decline for the last 2.5 years.
