After reading the latest Pacer filings, I am perplexed. It was my assumption that JNSH has not only won this case, but also won the appeal.

So why do the pacer documents make it appear as if JNSH is now being challenged on the basis of Supreme Court rulings?

That should have been done back in the lawsuit proceedings, NOT in the settlement phase! Right?
