Sounds like the only thing that might produce results would be legal action against management to force disclosure of material events. Can you imagine the cost and time involved in that? And while I am not legally trained, it seems to me I heard that a court of law would want to see a trail of challenges from the beginning in order to view such a challenge favorably. No shareholderhere has ever challenged management even once as far as I know. Not a good track record of protest. The apppearance is that shareholders have been happy to let management do its thing.
