Thanks...I was somewhat aware of the problems at Visium. It was very high profile.

BUT....the searching that I undertook did nothing to confirm that Visium ever held any DECN preferred shares. For that matter I couldn't connect Visium to "DECN", "Decision Diagnostics" or "Keith Berman" in any way. I'm confident that had such a holding been made public I would not have missed it.

The mystery, or BS (which grows to be the more likely explanation as time passes), remains intact.
