Like I commentd a couple days ago when that came out Elaphantitus has been hammering that same first point forever, attributing so much to whether or not insiders sold their commons but then why did the stock soar Friday/ yesterday and double in a week?
He has no explanation and can't tell us what the SEC reg's are to cover insiders owning common units in a BK, currently @Ch. 11?
Insiders often have to have no interest in something they have a say in -- divesting is often the safest bet -- OR it can be a trick.
If he's right this was just short covering and we'll see pullback, but maybe there's news, like a boyout n the works -- he has no clue any more than anyone else and so far his track record is ZERO.
I don't pretend to be a fortune-teller or I'd be a billionaire.
Which I intend to be yet but.. sadly not today.
So far I'm up a mere 20% on this stock,
strictly from a trading standpoint it may be smart to flip here and there and ride it out on free money.
