You misinterpret the POR, Robins will have[own] 100% of the shares, all to himself. Trading of his shares will be up to him, and him alone, as no one else will own one single share.

There won't be a shell - the ARIO ticker will be deleted - Robins will own 100% of the stock but it won't be tradeable.

Robins wants a debt free shell, with trading stock, of course that's the plan....if anybody can see through all the smoke screens..

The shell will be history.
