Every company goes through a development stage. No company starts with 1 billion of revenues the fist day of business. I would say this company is off to a very good start acquiring decent products and assembling a good management team with vision.
People that want to call it a scam, can go right ahead and call it whatever. I will be holding and hoping that I bought the next Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, etc.
