Did not the state of NJ loan Elite the money to start the business of developing ADF opiods?

What in tarnation? Thought Elite was going to get 100% of the market on July 14th. Logic & reality are starting to settle in.

Further study? - isn't that what the FDA is requiring after the ADT opioids are approved. How are more studies going to be run if ADTs aren't covered?

I know lets veto ADT opioids because they are "too expensive" but instead lets let the FDA approve Opana and Zohydro and we can pay for ER doctors to deal with the carnage related to opioid addiction.

Christy New Jersey's own.

CC is a maniac and his politics are confusing. He's about ugly politics. He's anti pot, AND anti ADT - I suppose everyone should just eat themselves obese then go get a rubber band inserted into their stomach as a cure.

Weezer. He may have had to veto if he has shares of elite. Just a guess

On Jan. 11, the New Jersey Legislature
passed Bill A4271, which would have
required health insurers to provide
coverage for ADOs. Shortly thereafter, on
Jan. 19, A4271 was pocket-vetoed because
the estimated cost to the state (over $11
million per year) outweighed what is
currently known about ADO effectiveness.
Since that time, on March 10, the U.S.
Senate cleared the Comprehensive
4
Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016 (S.524).
The act is under consideration by the House
at this time. If enacted, the act would
authorize the U.S. Attorney General to
award grants to states to support
comprehensive opioid abuse response
initiatives. If enacted, the act could provide
more resources to New Jersey such that
A4271, if reintroduced, may become more
financially feasible.
