Is that "SEC attorney" the guy down at the bowling alley?
A person should be careful who they trust for SEC advice.

On the other hand, some so-called "SEC attorneys" are actually experts at gaming the system, setting up shell companies specifically to rip off investors. Can you imagine that?

Maybe if you spoke to an SEC Atty you would understand why your post get so much scrutiny!

I do speak with SEC attorneys, and email as well. They are also known as federal investigators and prosecutors.

I have relationships with Securities Law attorneys as well, and it does not cost me a cent, we discuss frauds like TALK and other penny stock con jobs.
