L2 - same pattern as the other day: there was a 0.0018 trade at
17:20 x 227,654 and at another one at 0.001848
17:21 x 1,677,654.
It is obviously an institution wanted to make sure it will be outbidding any retail by two extra digits.

NOTE the identical last 4 numbers OF SHARES in BOTH TRADES 7,654.
IMHO - the 1,677,654 buyer has sold 227,654 shares to himself in order to lower the previous two trades at 0.0019.
