Need a rate hike and some time with good financial behavior to excite the investment community in my opinion. It should easily be at $21 but BAC keeps sticking daggers in the momentum. Rate hike suppression truly took the steam off the share price also.
My opinion. Good time to add some shares if you have any patience. No reason for BAC to be in the pos category with investors if they can maintain their financial behavior.
It also is leaving itself open to a buy out with the share price being so depressed.
