Its a 'tenant improvement' project. Its not like they are building an addition! Demising walls to an existing unconditioned warehouse space to create conditioned space is a build-out... I am in the business of getting permits. The fire department is the absolute worsssst I can tell you. Literally firefighters trying to interpret the international building code, as well as any local or state fire codes.... and they drag their asssses!
