Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, the oldest bank in the world, is on it's lips. The Italian banks have been "dead men walking" for years now. It's only through "creative" accounting and outright lies they've passed any of the so called stress tests.

We got so many "Lehman Moments" twisting in the wind out there it's a crap shoot which ones blows first!
