Hopefully, they just had phones issues and are not
really out of business, otherwise that is serious financial crime! Lets give them the benefit of the doubt. You can't label a company out of business when you can't reach them after awhile. One day could of been some tech issues, who knows..At least I hope!
I look for a dead stock that suddenly comes alive and check out who is there. I then check out the company and the filings; especially the history. I also check the historical volume too see any spikes in buying and who is on the board those days..
