My guess is they won't tell us a damn thing until the next 10Q and maybe not even then. This lack of reporting will be blamed on CEPSA even though CEPSA would likely have no problem with ERHC disclosing anything and everything they want. CEPSA is just not going to do it because they have no obligation to anybody to do so.
The quarter ended on 6/30. That means the 10Q is due on August 14. I hope I am wrong, but I am not counting on hearing anything before then.
Yeah everybody used to swear by Barry Morgan. I never thought much of his reporting but I was definitely one of the few. However, if he said he contacted the Ministry, I have no reason not to believe him.
