Does anybody else wonder why they are suing the accountants instead of the company or CEO they claim to be the scammer?this has all the makings of a shake down. They are trying to get the accounting firm to rollover on Ed. It's not going to work. I think Ed was having a tough time and some crooks tried to move in and turn his company into a OTC scam. He got rid of them and now they want to run him into the ground. There is a lot of animosity by some! Just sayin!
