The only reference CEPSA has made to September 2016 is that they would complete 1 well by that date.

to continue on to the Second Additional Exploration Period would be a double-edged sword. Yes it would be a good thing that they would want to take another crack at drilling, but, as it stands now, ERHC would be responsible for paying 45% of the costs going forward.

CEPSA/ERHC have until August 26 to apply to Kenya to move forward.
