No idea. The funny part is, MYEC and Ed are not even being sued.
I actually suspect Ken will lose the lawsuit, but it will have nothing to do with misstated financials and the real estate, and everything to do with standing. Ed will then claim some sort of victory, but fact is, a can of worms has been opened that cannot be shut.
