That was old news which had been resolved and has no bearing on the company today. But, he knew that when he posted it. For whatever reason, IHUB tolerates things like that. The main reason I have not paid for any of their other services.

I tink they forgot to report to BCSC. We see on Edgar the filing in USA but not in Canada
