Good or bad? Them being late on the filing? I know some filings are usually always late by many different companies so it is not unusual. Unless this is one of the most important ones.
The charts all indicate this stock averaged 10 cents a share from Jan through about April. This is why I decided to get into it for the long term, thinking it might go back to that average. However, I am wandering if it was that high because of past reverse splits? Do you know of any? and do you think this can easily go way up within a time frame of say 6 months especially on good news released?
