Obvious cover up, otherwise they'd publically announce display the address of the new warehouse as being 535 Buffalo Shoals Rd, Statesville NC 28677.

Wonder if Ken Fletcher's wife is happy that he hired a (probable) hooker as site manager?

Maybe the warehouse doubles as a brothel?
