Then why did they say "gross"? Why didnt they just give accurate historical data instead of wording it the way they did?...
How much did this location generate last year and the year before? Is this too hard of a question? If they are using 15 years of historical data, its very possible that the location had better years in the past and it no longer generates the same numbers, due to competing casino, volatile 3rd world environment, etc.. hence wording it the way they did.
Its amazing how many times ive been told i was wrong, yet as time passes, my view proves to be more accurate than all the hype.
