This afternoons quote, "We are planning for an Aug 1 opening."

As Per 5/10/2016 Announcement, Only "Minor Renovations" will be needed prior to Opening. Said renovations may have already been completed, or if not, as reflected, are basically inconsequential as relates to a one month time period prior to Planned Opening Date.
