The fact "Sierra Global has not yet transferred the name of the title out of Greenpay name" means Greenpay still owns the properties...and this lines up exactly with what the public records say.

Never mind the fact this entire statement is contrary to the actual purchase agreement for Greenpay filled with the SEC that does not state anywhere that assets are to be retained by Sierra Global. It says the opposite.
