I would honestly be very interested in any supporting links you might have to back up your statement?

Lets consider the mutiple share purchase agreement Lincoln has made over the last few years (ELTP, AVXL, PMBC just to name a few). None, and I repeat NONE, have involved active ownership by Lincoln.

If you where a serious long term owner/buyer seeking a buyout you would as a minimum seek influence at board level. The way Lincoln can make a profit from their financing model is twofold:

1) they are paid for providing the finance
2) they are able to turn a profit from trading the shares that they buy. Now you can speculate how they might make a trading profit, but I would be very surprised if they simply sit and wait for the pps to rise above their purchase price(s).

Lincoln park is not known for dumping shares, they are known for holding into buyouts...

hahahahahahaha LOL... ROFLMAO!!!! hehehehe hohohoho LMAO!!!!

Lincoln Park Capital are not longs.

Obviously, these kinds of financing organizations do not generally discuss their business model, but the way they make their money is not hard to figure out. It basically involves churning most of the shares as they get them.

Actually, they sell them BEFORE buying back from ELTP
