well in my business which is tile and stonework, i give a price on the work, part way through if something comes up that will cost the client more, i have the call as to weather i want to charge more or not, also the amount to charge. If the person is well healed as they say i may charge, but i always keep in mind that the market can only bare so much, if i take to much then it could jeprodize my next job as people talk to one another. If i take longer on the job than first though and the customer is already aggrevated and i already have a good price then i forgo any extra moneys. so i think that could qualify here.
