at the moment, I have no confidence in Andy or the company being able to execute on their business plan.

The Psoria-Shield is looking more and more like just another black box. Sounds like a lot of bullshit - excuse after excuse after excuse.

It's cheap here if they can execute - but I haven't seen them accomplish squat.

After all this time - 1 or 2 freaking machines sold???

I'll see what news they try to use to pump the upcoming capital raise, then I'll re-evaluate.

In other words he is saying the company spreads rumors to keep the price afloat while they dilute on the other end. Neither a buy or a sell imo. I dont think current shareholders will be welcoming to a massive dilution event no doubt coming. This is all in my opinion.
