who is going to buy it and why? mjtk has a lot of recapitalizing to go through. who would buy it before that happens now that the pump is over? makes no sense. there is no catalyst when they have $800k in debt and will be if not already taking on new debt. the ceo is stuck. he has to raise the authorized and let the debthoders convert. that or get the company sued and pushed into bk. it's going to be a painful process. they capitalized wrong from the start and gave themselves no room to move, so any change in the share structure at this point is just going to place heavy selling pressure on the stock. that is why .01+ stocks are so dangerous when they have so few shares and heavy debt on the books.
