I would say right now, Platinum Partners has lost a good bit of their advantage at the negotiating table. Put a deal together that gives them some cash and it looks like they would have to take it. They couldn't pay a 30 million dollar redemption, CEO is under indictment, they are hemorrhaging, kick them while they are down. Kick 'em hard.
