The acquisition price is 100% speculation, and not presented in, or even hinted at, in any of the news of the acquisition...

Surely, one can support the pennies on the dollar assertion, right? Nope! Because it is simple FALSE!

Vision Ridge Partners were VERY happy to acquire EVgo... see, the future is an EXCELLENT investment! VRP has aggressive plans to further expand the network! Good for JNSH!

NRG's charging station unit (EVgo) was primarily established to satisfy the settlement with California for over-charging customers in 2000-2001. Once the $100M legal commitment was fulfilled, why would anyone be surprised if they divested themselves?

There will be plenty of money in public charging... and there are $100's of millions betting that way!
