The SEC would not qualify this as a scam, so whether they "know" or not will not impact this stock 1 ioata.
Plus this has been stated for the past 2 years and nothing has happened and there has been nothing that occured over the last 2 years that would raise any eyebrows at the SEC.
Take a look at the OTC market and you will find many stocks with much much more glaring instances of blatent fraud and stock manipulation and the SEC does not suspend them, so why would they care about BMIX?
Hell I've seen recent fake PR's from companies and they have not even got suspended.
Depreciation in PPS, dilution, even stock promotion are not illegal and are not violations of SEC security law
