As I can tell from the Level2: that 1M-0.0004 seller moved down the order from 0.0005 with the Same MM CDEL. In another word only 1.6M shares at most ask at 0.0005 now! Therefore FEECQ will test 0.0006 ~ 0.0007 as soon as tomorrow again if we slap out both 1M-0.0004 and 1.6M-0.0005 --- totally only $1.2K worthy shares...
