Two very different issues not related to one another.

This FRAUD trial is driven by SEC, not disgruntled officers that were laid off because they would not follow order to fraud.

This Fraud trial is still very much going ahead, and IMO SEC is looking for more info in order to get to the Criminal phase, and to get a grip on abettors.

TECO is doomed and you were bright enough to get out of this mess. Some did not, obviously...
