That isn't accurate - in the Form 10 filing on 06/22/2016 Grisaffi is the only person receiving a salary and it is $125,000.

Michael Welch the CEO/CFO received $10,000 as other compensation but he receives no salary.

Oddly no one else recieved any of their listed salaries - because the company wasn't fully funded.

As anyone can see Grisaffi has already filed a Form 10 with issues. Here is a example:

Jerry Grisaffi - 2015 - $125,000

In the notes it has the following:

6. Mr. Grisaffi’s employment contract calls for compensation at $125,000 per year which is the amounts reflected in the table above. In 2014, he received $19,200 in compensation and in 2015, he received $16,500. The Company added Mr. Grisaffi to its payroll as of March 1, 2016 at a salary of $120,000 per year.

Damn, Grisaffi can't keep his lies straight.
