Several minutes ago GALE had 611,022 shares(51%) traded on the Ask, 417,186 shares(35%) traded on the Bid & 173,384 shares(14%) exchanged hands in between. And the pps is down -0.07 LOL. Naked shorting, predatory algo programs affecting the bids. Typical manipulation of small biotech before Major News hits.

IMO, if one has dry powder now is a good time to use it.
