I will say one thing about question number 1...it must be a secret. I asked 4 going on 5 days ago who was the auditor and Tracie responded and refused to tell me said all questions need to go through Marty and Marty won't reply or hasn't thus far. The AMMX OTC page says

Accounting/Auditing Firm
Not Available

and the PR only says

CHICO, CA – May 3, 2016 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction and mining companies, today announced that it has retained a California-based full service accounting, tax and advisory firm.

So as shareholders that should be made public. Maybe this from 2011 and no audit makes them keep quiet so if it is not done no firm looks bad:
