#41621 RE: donkschmonk #41618

Why all the focus on Entisys? Let's be frank. They are a nice local VAR, but only service California, and are not even ranked in the Top 250 resellers in the US. Think about that for a moment. The saviour of Sphere3D, a publicly traded company, with 20,000 partners across the globe is now promoting a small local privately held VAR as their saviour.

We heard for two years how Overland's 20,000 reseller partners would deliver huge results for Sphere. That they would provide an instant market for Glassware and V3 appliances. The revenue from 20,000 partners would be substantial even if Sphere offered them big discounts to buy demo systems. That should be easy money, but where is the revenue? And of course, all of Eric Kelly's contacts in the Federal Government would deliver HUGE revenue.

Once again, the story has changed. Let's recap, first it was Corel, then Dell, then Ericsson, Atos, Google, Microsoft and VMware in turn. And after each BIG partner deal failed to deliver, a new one arose to take its place. And now, it's little Entisys that will do for Sphere what Microsoft, Google, Dell, VMware and others could not. Oh dear.

Let's not forget the ever changing Total Addressable Market (TAM) goals. In 2014, the TAM was $160BN. Then in 2015 it was $50BN. Now, it is $78BN. It would make you think that either management doesn't know what is their market, Or do they just keep spinning a new tale to try and keep retail invests on the hook?

Is it any wonder the share price is below a buck?
