You are so right about this being a SCAM. In addition the FDA Banned Interstate Commerce. And Consumer Reports agrees.
From Consumer Reports: If you see products on store shelves that claim to treat, cure, or prevent diabetes and its complications, the Food and Drug Administration wants to you to beware.
What can you do? Watch out for the following product types and their treatment claims:
“Natural” supplements. We’ve warned consumers in the past about the dangers of supplements. Some drugs labeled as “natural” were found to contain pharmaceutical ingredients that may actually harm rather than help.
Dietary supplements. These supplements claim to treat and even prevent diabetes. These products are not FDA approved and therefore cannot make such a claim.
Unapproved OTC medications. These drugs claim to relieve symptoms associated with diabetes, but are not approved by the FDA.

You state "ROTH GETS MORE PATHETIC EVERY DAY".

What recent event exactly are you referring to? Link please.

The fact is that the clinical trials are started and sometime around mid Septemer they will be completed. If they give the same results same as every test, trial, or study done so far, then the Indian government will most certainly grant approval.

For the next 3 months there is likely to be little news, so in the meantime its a waiting game. But in my opinion Indian government approval is north of 98%.

Next step is sales starting in India per the Canagen agreement.

Prove your statements. All I ever hear are blanket statements with ZERO facts.
