kim doesnt tell us products and companys at what point do we call a spade a spade?

I don't believe Kim will reveal too much about what is going on (and I believe there is a lot) until the deal with VN is final, complete, done. Of course, I would be elated if I were wrong again and the PR's would start to flow.

Once we hear that the subsidiary is under way, then we will know that the door is finally open to begin production there. I believe we will receive an update sometime between now and the end of July. However, this could last until the end of August. Who knows.

Without VN, things will be very complicated for KBLB, since they need a place to mass produce their silks. This is taking a long time (two plus years and counting) since it is very tricky dealing with our government let alone a foreign one.

I believe KBLB has multi-contracts and even one with our government, but I wonder if Kim will reveal them until the contract with VN is finalized.

Kblb was supposed to tell us names of one or two of the giant companys they have been developing products with?

I didn't read that anywhere. What I have been saying is that they would be fools to announce and companies prior to production. No one does that. When you see production you will see what Kim has been talking about. After a reasonable amount of time following production,(6 months) a spade can be called a spade. Hopefully they are not waiting to negotiate til after production. If they have docs ready to sign, then that 6 months goes out the window.
