Yes, they have toxic notes too and will keep diluting. The stock is actually valued at 1/10th of RIGH, but they have 1/1000th of the O/S.

The fact that their business model is a replica of BG is troublesome for us period plus their AS is so much better it disgusts me that we are still at these levels obviously people buy into the idea of what we are trying to accomplish
