That is going to have a big effect I think going forward on all the BS quote stuffing you see on stocks of 100 shares here and 100 shares there on the bid and ask. Probably see share volume decrease on the majority of stocks, is estimated that 60%+ of trades on stocks are fake teaser/testing trades from HFT firms and dark pools among each other.
