It's pretty simple, unless an investor trader earns at least 200 to 400% per year, I ignore reading their nonsense. It's 99% on these MB's. Their trail is there. Our ARTH 35's and 40's are pushing 30-50% already. Be the smart money/follow the money $$$.........
Right on post. The warrants entitle the purchase, and with good results and a partner before year end, there's no incentive to sell. ARTH 60's become history with the aforementioned...........
Agree that S-1 is boilerplate but note the following
- the 9 million shares are actually being registered for resale by owners - could be bulk sale or retail - so in the end they will come in market - they are likely to exercise E warrants to get new shares after selling the old ones
On a different note -
- there are 32 million plus warrants pending for exercise from series A to D warrants (pg 12 of S-1) - 41 million stock options given to mgmt
In the end we are looking at total o/s shares = 138 + 32 + 41 = 211 million
