Yes...it is a silly assumption that the O/S hs and will stay the same.

Good ole boy Porter didn't raise the A/S from 700M to 5B for nuttin.

There's absolutely no reason to believe the O/S will remain frozen for the rest of the year. In fact my point was the O/S will go up to 5.5B. And no it won't take years to get there. Simple math says 1% of 5.5B makes for a far larger Porter dump than the old 700M limit.

Very recently. As in since 11-May when the O/S was at 578M, and the A/S at 700M.

and how many shares have been issued since that date????



Shall we repeat it again: 694,982,739, which is a 59M increase from the previous week. Answer to your question: Approx +120M.

This is called DILUTION. And there is no positive spin for it.
