#102 RE: the cork #101

Cork, truely wish you a successful treatment.

I am going to throw two more things at you.
One is a reminder of what they probably already told you. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. The watermelon helps with that too. From my experience if you can drink and keep yourself close to where you feel an entire lake is in you but not an ocean with waves then you are flushing that poison optimally. Do not let up on "off" days and continue for weeks after you are finished. That "shyt" really sticks in the cells and you want to keep as many good unaffected cells as you can.

Which brings me to number 2. Check with your oncologist about frequency and when you have the go ahead to start.
Massages. I found out about them toward the end of my treatment, but didn't really pay all that much attention as I was just trying to get through it all. This is to manually drive the toxins out of the cells that the water can't flush which is why you need to coordinate with the oncologist. 2 months after I finished I found the article again and thought if that stuff is really stuck in my cells maybe it would still work. At 30 minutes into a 1 hr whole body massage I couldn't continue. Nausea, headache, metal mouth, hot and flushed and so weak I could hardly stand up and go to bed. (He came to my home) It works. period. I was amazed that 2 months later it would have such a pronounced effect. A week later I lasted the whole hr with very minor barely noticable toxic effect. I then had one 2 weeks later and then 2 more a month apart feeling that I was doing some good even if I wasn't feeling the toxins any more. If I had it to do over, I would have started right after treatment ended.

Crap. I'm going to lay a 3rd one on you. Find something that calms and soothes you if you haven't already. For me it was music. I liked it loud enough to get into my soul, but not so loud that it irritated or took over. Ok, done.

Your courage and just soldiering on will get you through. Peace to you and yours.
