Down 17000%? I don't think so, that's simply mathematically impossible. It's possible that the stock was 17000% higher at that time if that's what you meant. What I take from your point is that if the stock moves to 17 cents we will be approx 17000 percent to the positive. So a 10,000 dollar investment would be worth a tidy sum. By the way, 17 cents will happen.
