Yep, gotta hurt! The good news is that the judgement was against Hop-On and Peter Michaels! To avenues to pursue!

Whenever the time has passed that allows for a debtor's exam, I would haul Michaels' butt in there.. PRONTO.

So many don't pursue what belongs to them. Hopefully Smokeless guys will.

I am quite impressed with them that they continued after him. The lawsuit was started in 2012. Good for them !!

I know I saw a lawsuit from one guy that had a promissory note that Michaels had signed. Think Michaels was suppose to pay it back in a year and also suppose to give the guy some stock. Strangely just before that MSFT PR in 2014, the case was dropped. There is no doubt in my mind that the guy got screwed by listening to Petey tell him "good things were coming". Be great if he filed against Petey again.
