I was talking about Press Releases. The 10-Q covers everything which also include the warrants conversion and how it could destroy the company and also the two R/S. I'm not telling anyone not to buy VPCO, I'm just pointing out some facts about the warrant conversion that some don't seem to understand. So anyone can buy as much as they desire and at their own risk. Just remember that when their investment shrink 99%, they can't say they didn't know because I and others have been warning for months that VPCO looks and perform like a SCAM.
They did report about acquiring ADA's and that the deal would close about June 1, 2016, but it was disappointing and shocking to find out on June 1 that they executed the massive 1:20,000 R/S instead. Seems like a setup to rob investors instead.
