Yea Telogis bought rmtd assets and shares are legally considered assets and no disclosure of payment ever disclosed so imagine interest owed and time. Rmtd worth $1 plus I strongly feel.

Well, here are some facts...

Whatever patents, intellectual properties, research and development, assets, etc that helped build Remote Dynamics was due to investor funding. If you bought shares of RMTD, that means you helped make it possible for the company to be a player in the telematic industry. Period! Ok..so moving on, Telogis ends up buying our assets. RMTD is a public entity so anyone telling you it was acquired without the share structure is just feeding you a bunch of horse crap. The company's assets and it's shares are one in the same. Now let's say for argument sake the company "RMTD", had to take a huge loss at sale. Whatever the proceeds from that sale was, I can see creditors getting something back but here's the thing, Telogis bought RMTD'S assets...including the patents in which they were able to utilize and profit from. No one just gives away patents like that especially if they know how important the technology is..even if they're financially strapped. I believe RMTD/Telogis is still tied to those patents in some way or another..quite possibly through some sort of licensing fees.

ok.
Now getting back to us (shareholders)..once again, RMTD and the shares are one in the same and it is being kept alive for that very reason. The majority share holder is not stupid.
