Yes it sucks, but even the OTC falls under the SEC. just cuz they are on the OTC does not mean they can pull scams and pump and dumps, I am building my case now for the SEC. and INTERPOL. I have been logging everything for months, I have all, and will make the case for the SEC. and the FTC.
